Return Policy
**Returns & Exchanges**
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your flag, you may return it within **30 days** of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
**Conditions for Return**
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- Returned in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Free of stains, dirt, tears, or signs of outdoor use.
**Non-Returnable Items**
The following cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized flags.
- Items marked as clearance or final sale.
**How to Start a Return**
1. Contact our customer support team at **[your email]** with your invoice number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Pack the flag securely and send it back using a trackable shipping method.
**Return Shipping Costs**
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
**Refunds**
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within **5–10 business days** to your original payment method (credit/debit card or PayPal).
**Exchanges**
If you need a different size or design, let us know when you contact us. Exchanges are processed after the original item is received and inspected. If the new item costs more, you will be invoiced for the difference; if it costs less, we will refund the difference.
**Damaged or Defective Items**
If your flag arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within **7 days** of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
**Order Cancellation**
You may cancel your order within **12 hours** of placing it free of charge. After that, if the order has already been processed or shipped, the standard return policy applies.
